ABOUT
Peter Warmka is a former senior Intelligence officer of the CIA, with over 20 years of experience in security breaches across multiple countries. After completing a successful career in the United States Intelligence Service, he undertook a new mission: to assist governments, NGOs, companies, associations, academic institutions, and individuals in managing cyber risks and confronting the growing threat of security breaches, including the use of Artificial Intelligence, which can result in the theft of confidential information and personal or corporate data.
His extensive experience in Intelligence and Cybersecurity has led him to write two non-fiction books on the subject: "Confessions of a CIA Spy: The Art of Human Hacking" and "Why Are You Messing with Me? – Senior Survival Guide on Fraud, Privacy and Security,"
Peter Warmka is known for his rich, illustrative, and impactful lectures, having participated in some of the major cybersecurity conferences in the United States, as well as conducting training in various formats in Brazil, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia, for both public officials and private companies and associations.
He is part of the prestigious Top 40 Global Thought Leaders in Security and Life Safety list, organized by the nonprofit organization Life Safety Alliance (LSA). This list recognizes the world's leading professionals in security, covering areas such as physical security, cybersecurity, risk management, and more.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master's in International Business Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Peter Warmka is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Protection Professional (CPP). Additionally, he serves as an adjunct professor in the Cybersecurity Master's program at Webster University.

Peter Warmka is the founder of the Counterintelligence Institute, LLC, an organization dedicated to teaching techniques for people to protect themselves from social engineering attacks orchestrated by various threat agents, such as fraudsters or even organized crime groups.
The institute's mission is to educate companies and ordinary individuals to protect themselves from the evolving dangers of the digital age, including issues related to the use of Artificial Intelligence, through effective strategies to identify and combat potential threats or frauds.
